I Said Yes: Networking Lunch June

Let’s travel back in time to the 1920s…no, not the Gatsby ‘20s you’re thinking of. Let’s see the 1920s Prohibition Era. I proudly present to you, the I Said Yes vendor speakeasy luncheon!

I had the chance to work with the lovely ladies of Pavone Events to put together this event that really showcases the uniqueness of The University Club of Orlando. I stretched my graphic designing muscles to create these newspaper placemats, featuring articles the banning of alcohol, opinions on the morality of the younger generation, as well as the rumored first use of the word “Speakeasy”.

The mocktail and dessert signs feature my charcoal drawings of each offering, with a description and themed name. Wanted posters were sprinkled throughout the space.
