Please look through this guide to see the collection of designs created specifically for Mission Inn couples. Each invitation suite has custom watercolor designs of the venue locations as well as hand-written calligraphy. This guide gives you an idea of is included with your all-inclusive package.

All Inclusive Invitations
ORDERING:
A wedding invitation is the introduction to one of the most important days of your life. The colors, materials, and presentation set the tone for your invited guests. Christine Kirby Studios specializes in creating romantic designs to match your wedding colors and theme.
All of your stationery is printed on premium matte felt cardstock to give your invitations a superior quality look. Each design is carefully created with love and close attention to detail. My goal is to create something you truly love.
To begin, browse this guide for a sampling of my recent designs. When you're ready, please complete your All-Inclusive Questionnaire, included as a link at the end of this guide. You'll be able to provide details about you, your fiancé, and your upcoming wedding.
As a Christine Kirby Studios couple, you will receive access to your own portal on my website where you'll receive your proofs and can verify information, like your shipping address.
And speaking of addresses, be sure to start collecting your guest addresses now, so that you'll have those ready when it comes time to get your envelopes addressed.
MATERIALS:
Your invitations will be printed on premium felt paper for a couture look and feel. A standard all-inclusive package includes:
110 lb white felt paper with your choice of white or ivory envelopes.
*Please note: Sometimes colors will vary from computer screens to printed paper. You may request a hard copy of your invitation proof for $25.00.
TIMELINE:
Invitations should be in your guests' hands 8-10 weeks before your wedding day, and even early for a destination wedding. You should begin the ordering process with Christine Kirby Studios 4-5 months prior to your wedding.
ENVELOPES:
Calligraphy envelope addressing for your guest addresses is part of your all-inclusive stationery. Return addresses and RSVP envelope addressing will be printed on your selected envelope color. You will receive an Excel template via email to collect your guests addresses. Please aim to return the completed Excel file within 5 business days.
Day Of Stationery
Your wedding reception wouldn't be complete without stationery. As a part of your all-inclusive stationery package, you will receive a welcome sign for your ceremony, place cards and menus for your reception, as well as thank you cards for after your wedding day.
WELCOME SIGN:
The perfect way to greet your guests has already been thought of and designed. Your 18" x 24" Welcome Sign coordinates with your invitation design and will be printed on an art board. Each sign features watercolor designs and custom calligraphy to really make a statement.
PLACE CARDS:
Place cards let your guests know where you have saved them a seat at their assigned table. Place cards are available in white cardstock and measure 3.5" x 2" when folded. Each place card has a coordinating watercolor design printed on it and will have each guest's name handwritten in black black calligraphy.
A list of guests attending your reception should be provided to Christine Kirby Studios at the same time it is provided to your caterer and/or venue, but at least 2 weeks before your wedding date.
MENUS:
No one has to wonder what will be for dinner when each place setting includes coordinating menus. Once your meal selections have been solidified, please provide your meal to Christine Kirby Studios. Menus work well for plate or buffets.

THANK YOU CARDS:
No one wants a great day to end, but you can help the feelings and memories last a little longer with your Thank You cards. Designed to match your wedding suite, these cards are blank inside and include white or ivory envelopes.
Thank You cards are folded A2 (5.5" x 4.25") in size and are blank inside.
